  From someone who didn't do any exercise and hated the gym before starting crossFit at Strenue I can say there's nothing out there like it.
  I also believe that it's not as simple as enjoying the workouts and seeing the results at a crossfit gym I think the coach and the members really make it what it is.
  
  We have a super friendly and family like environment where members support each other and enjoy seeing each other succeed no matter what level of fitness you have.
  I highly recommend Strenue if you are looking to start crossfit training (or just for your general wellbeing ) and want to do it in the best possible environment.
